Aliane is an Office Manager at Solid Minds. She graduated with a Diploma in Hospitality Management from Davis College Akilah Campus. From May 2017 – January 2018, she worked as a program supervisor in Rubia Coffee shop where her role was to ensure professional and comprehensive services were delivered to clients. From this experience and others, she learned to have strong communication, customer care, and computer skills.

At Solid Minds, she plays a very important role in welcoming clients and visitors and answering the telephone to support client inquiries where at times she serves as the first voice of comfort for any crisis situation. She keeps appointments on time, assists clients with completing necessary forms and documentation, and ensures a welcoming environment by keeping a clean and calm reception area.

She is Fluent in English, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda.
