Tumaini is Solid Mind’s Accountant. He has a Master’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as a Certificate in Literature. He currently is pursuing a Masters in Fiscal Law.  He is a dynamic, results-oriented financial professional with 18 years of experience in both private and non-profit organisations working with Insurance, Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Customs Clearing, Airline transport, and Financial Advisory. He has expertise in cost accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.

He has proven results driving efficiencies and productivity through the evaluation of policies and implementation of business process improvements. His work experience includes participating in the formulation of strategic plans, decision-making audits, and internal control. Interested in demonstrating skills and knowledge and ensuring that the company achieves its financial and operational objectives.

Tumaini is frequently called upon to provide expert financial analysis to support successful corporate decision-making and his true passion lies in cost analysis and the identification of cost-saving opportunities.

Tumaini works in French, English, Kinyarwanda, and Swahili. He also speaks Lingala, sign language in Kinyarwanda, and is learning Spanish.
