Chantal Mudahogora

Chantal brings a valued personal and professional background in Mental Health to the Solid Minds Team providing wellness coaching to our clients. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counselling. Chantal survived the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda; she moved to Canada in 22 years ago as a refugee and she is now back in Rwanda. She is a proud mother of three young adults. She has extensive experience nationally and internationally as a wellness coach including working with individuals and families.

Chantal is a recipient of several awards for her community engagement. In her recent achievements; she has co-led ground-breaking research on the inter-generational transmission of trauma. From both her personal and professional experience, Chantal believes in the power of deep self-knowledge and awareness to help each individual build the life they want to be living.

Solid Minds Press Release

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Nations, a voluntary association of 56 independent and equal countries. Home to 2.5 billion people, the Commonwealth encompasses both advanced economies and developing countries. Rwanda joined the Commonwealth in 2009 as the 54th member state and proudly hosted the 2022 Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).
