Aristide Kambale

Aristide is a Program Design, Management, and Research Graduate Mastercard Foundation Scholar Fellow at Solid Minds. He is an undergraduate degree holder in Environmental Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana, and he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Environmental Change and Project Management at the University of Oxford in England. 

With his passion for community building and youth empowerment, Aristide has been involved in multiple youth leadership roles where he has worked to represent students’ interest and their voices in his community and at his university. He has more than 5 years of program and project management experience working with both national and international organisations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, predominantly with youth engagement and leadership programs. Aristide has also assisted the Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program in implementing programs, creating Scholar-led workshops and seminars, as well as building and engaging the francophone community of Scholars across Africa and the world.

At Solid Minds, he supports all the activities with a particular focus on Program & Project design and implementation as well as Monitoring & Evaluation.  

Aristide is fluent in French, English, and Kiswahili.
