Wilhelmine Mushambokazi
Wilhelmine Mushambokazi is a compassionate and skilled clinical psychologist currently serving at Solid Minds Counselling Clinic. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and Psychopathology from Université Libre de Bruxelles and a bachelor’s in clinical psychology from the University of Rwanda.
Her expertise lies in providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, with a focus on trauma recovery and complex psychological conditions such as autism spectrum disorders and psychosis. Drawing on years of experience in providing tailored clinical interventions and mental health care, Wilhelmine brings significant experience in providing tailored clinical interventions and mental health care, shaped by her work across diverse settings, including refugee camps and community initiatives.
At Prison Fellowship Rwanda, she focused on supporting the emotional and developmental needs of children with incarcerated parents. At Solid Minds, Wilhelmine combines evidence-based approaches with culturally sensitive care to empower individuals and families.
She is deeply committed to addressing the stigma surrounding mental health and enhancing access to psychological services in Rwanda. Fluent in Kinyarwanda, French, and English, she effectively bridges communication barriers to connect with diverse clients.
