Claire is an Office Manager at Solid Minds. She is a trained office manager and cashier with more than three years of customer care experience. She is currently undertaking her Masters of Science in Finance at the University of Kigali.

At Solid Minds, Claire is the special connection between the clients and the therapists ensuring a quality customer experience. She admits clients and ensures they see the right therapists on time. She establishes a friendly environment that allows clients to warm up to their appointments. Her customer engagement skills are drawn from her experience in the family business and other administrative duties from various companies.
