Nelius is a psychology graduate and mental health and programme support professional. She specializes in psychosocial support, mental health promotion, and programme coordination. At Solid Minds Counselling Clinic, she supports mental health service delivery, client care, community outreach, and the implementation of psychosocial programmes. Her work focuses on strengthening access to mental health services, supporting vulnerable populations, and promoting psychological well-being through coordinated, person-centred interventions.

With experience in counselling support, programme coordination, and social and behaviour change initiatives, Nelius is passionate about advancing inclusive mental health services and building the capacity of individuals and communities to navigate life’s challenges. She is committed to promoting dignity, resilience, and well-being through evidence-informed approaches that place people at the centre of care.
