Anelka is a dedicated individual pursuing his passion in behavioral psychology and mental well-being. Currently contributing to Solid Minds’ mission, Anelka is gaining valuable hands-on experience in understanding human behavior, emotion regulation, and the factors that influence psychological resilience.

With a keen interest in evidence-based practice, Anelka focuses on applying psychological principles to support personal growth, adaptive coping strategies, and positive change in individuals’ lives. Through both academic preparation and practical engagement, he continues to deepen his understanding of how behavior is shaped and how intentional interventions can promote healthier outcomes.

Anelka holds completed studies in General Arts and Sciences and Medical Administration, where his main field of study was psychology and the social sciences grounding his psychological interests in a broad academic foundation and strong administrative skills. His career focus remains centred on behavioral psychology, where he aspires to contribute to effective, compassionate, and research-informed support for individuals navigating life’s challenges.
