Linda Ingabire

Linda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Arcadia University, USA, and is a certified Registered Behavioral Health Technician. She began her career at Attain ABA in Maryland, where she gained invaluable experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), specializing in supporting individuals with developmental disorders. Her hands-on work has equipped her with a deep understanding of behavioral challenges and effective intervention strategies.

Currently, as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Solid Minds, Linda leverages her ABA expertise to provide holistic support to clients and their families. She is passionate about fostering positive behavioral change through evidence-based strategies, focusing on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and learning disabilities. Linda prioritizes building trusting relationships to ensure clients feel understood, empowered, and supported.

In her counseling practice, Linda integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques to empower and help individuals manage mental health challenges, develop coping skills, and achieve their personal, social, and educational goals. Her commitment to creating a safe, and supportive environment allows clients to feel heard and valued.

Linda is passionately driven to break the stigma surrounding mental health and actively raise awareness in our community, empowering individuals to seek the support they need for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
