Mr. Emmanuel is an accomplished Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist with over 15 years of trans-cultural experience. He is currently a PhD candidate and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. Emmanuel offers a diverse professional background, as outlined below.

Extraordinary Experiences

In the clinical and academic fields, he has over a decade of experience in mental health service delivery and has served as a University Lecturer in behavioral sciences. He has provided specialized support as a School Psychologist for orphaned youth and has extensive experience implementing workplace Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). He is also a former Regional Mental Health and Psychosocial Support and Peace Advisor for the Great Lakes region, with significant experience coordinating projects in refugee camps.

Emmanuel has strong expertise in qualitative trauma research, and his fluency in English, French, Kinyarwanda, Kiswahili, and various regional dialects brings valuable diversity to the team. Given his regional expertise and multidisciplinary leadership, Emmanuel is exceptionally qualified to design and deliver culturally sensitive psychotherapy interventions.
