Pacifique Ufitinema is a Data Scientist and Research Associate with over six years of experience in project coordination and civic-facing research, complemented by a growing specialization in data science and artificial intelligence applications. She has experience coordinating multi-district projects and managing stakeholder partnerships across government, NGOs, and academia, supporting the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based programs and initiatives.

Her work focuses on translating research questions into practical solutions, from designing data collection tools and analyzing findings to generating actionable recommendations that support communities and strengthen institutional decision-making. Her areas of expertise include Project Management, Monitoring, Evaluation \u0026 Learning (MEL), Data Science and Analysis, and Stakeholder Engagement.

Pacifique holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Rwanda’s African Centre of Excellence in Data Science (ACE-DS) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Rwanda. She works in English and Kinyarwanda.
