Nyagah Mugo is an Organizational Psychologist and Executive Coach specializing in performance psychology and institutional resilience. As the former Director of Product Development at Peak Performance International (Nairobi), he architected leadership frameworks for BBC Nairobi, VIVO Energy, Kenya Airways, and Nation Media Group. He focuses on helping C-suite executives and policy-level civil servants align leadership with high-stakes institutional targets.
Since 2003, Nyagah has also pioneered youth success skills coaching at premier institutions, including Alliance High School and Makini School. He has conducted research, “Separation-Readiness” a framework for ethical leadership transitions. He holds an M.A. in Applied Psychology (5x First Rank winner) and is a certified NLP Practitioner, committed to integrating evidence-based resilience with the principle of Agaciro (dignity).
