Pacifique is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in web development and data management. He holds a Master of Science in Internet Systems from Kigali Independent University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kabale University.

He currently serves as an IT & Communication Assistant at Solid Minds, where he supports the organization in web development, system maintenance, and network management. He also contributes to managing digital communication platforms, helping to ensure effective online engagement and secure, reliable IT systems.

In addition, Pacifique has experience as a Web Developer at Paul Web Design, where he contributed to the design and development of modern, user-friendly websites. He also previously served as a Data Manager for the Rwanda Polytechnic Project, where he strengthened data systems and implemented effective data management practices.
