Community Outreach
At Solid Minds Counselling Clinic, we believe that mental health care should extend far beyond clinic walls. Our Community Outreach efforts are grounded in the conviction that when mental health is understood, talked about, and prioritized at the community level, individuals and families are more likely to seek support, offer empathy, and build resilience together.
Through inclusive, participatory approaches, we design and deliver outreach initiatives that promote mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and empower people to become advocates within their own circles of influence. Whether in urban neighborhoods, rural communities, faith spaces, or grassroots networks, our goal is to normalize mental health conversations and provide communities with the tools and confidence to respond with care.
.
Our community outreach work includes:
- Community mental health education campaigns
- Dialogues with parents, caregivers, and educators
- Mental health literacy workshops and resource distribution
- Partnerships with youth organizations, CSOs, and faith-based networks
- Targeted engagement with underserved groups
As part of these efforts, Solid Minds regularly hosts thematic conversations and public events. Recently, we hosted a Breakfast Conversation on Child Upbringing and Developmental Disorders, bringing together educators, caregivers, and health professionals for a meaningful exchange of knowledge, experiences, and practical insights.
These conversations are part of our continued effort to give back and support the communities we serve, and they will remain a key pillar of our outreach as we create more spaces for learning, dialogue, and collective action around mental health.

These types of engagements are part of our broader commitment to building resilient, and inclusive communities where every person is supported, every voice is heard, and mental well-being becomes a shared priority.
